Stefan Burnworth is General Manager of the Dallas Proslat Garage Store in Richardson, Texas, a showroom for Proslat garage cabinets, slatwall, toolboxes and overhead storage. The store designs garage layouts, provides free quotes and installs the finished system.

Stefan Burnworth runs the Dallas Proslat Garage Store at 1002 N Central Expressway, Suite 511, in Richardson. The showroom lets homeowners compare cabinet colors, finishes, door styles and wall configurations in person before deciding, and product specialists are on hand for recommendations.

The store carries Proslat's North American-made garage cabinets, slatwall panels and accessories, toolboxes, wall racks, ceiling hoists, decorative wall finishes and lighting. Customers who want to take a project home the same day can buy from in-store inventory; those planning a full garage get a custom design, built with online configurators and renderings so they can see the result before ordering.

Estimates are free, and Stefan offers in-home quotes so measurements and layout are settled at the garage itself; a first order placed through an in-home quote carries a 5% discount. Installation is available, so the system goes up level, anchored and ready to load. The store is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and on Saturdays by appointment.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I called Stefan from the website to see how I would go about redoing my garage this summer, and he gave me so many ideas that I hadn’t thought about. I told him that I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for yet but I knew I wanted something. He not only FaceTimed me to show me his showroom while I was out of town, he also offered to come out to my house and give me a full walkthrough of what they offer. I asked him to come by this weekend and the level of professionalism and knowledge he has is refreshing to see. He played with my dogs while we were talking and it was like I was talking to a friend I’ve known forever!

From the very start, Stefan with Proslat was prompt in setting up our appointment and sent a timely reminder beforehand. He even called ahead to ask if we wanted a cup of coffee on his way to our home — a small gesture, but one that really stood out and showed genuine thoughtfulness. During our initial quote meeting, Stefan communicated clearly and answered all of our questions with real expertise. He then followed up quickly with a detailed quote, including AI-generated images showing exactly what the Proslat install would look like in our space.
