How a meeting runs

What to expect in 90 minutes

  1. 11:00 AM Open networking. Visitors are met by a visitor host.
  2. 11:30 AM Lunch is served.
  3. 11:42 AM Official opening, educational moment, recognition.
  4. 11:50 AM Member marketing moments: every member says who they want to meet this week.
  5. 12:30 PM Featured presentations by two members.
  6. 12:45 PM "I have" moments: referrals and thank-yous for closed business, passed in front of the room.
  7. 12:55 PM Visitor orientation and closing. Done by 1:00 PM.

As a visitor you get 30 seconds to introduce yourself and your business. Bring business cards; most members will want one.
